You're invited to a post-modern women's circle where sacred ritual meets deep and critical discussion. We circle in ancient honoring of the feminine energy we embody and weave a collective container to dive deep into essential conversations and forge rooted connections.

Together we will co-regulate, connect, and converse over topics that extend beyond the mundane conversations that rule our day-to-day world and reach into deep philosophical areas with a feminine lens and uncover our true potential as a collective of women.

Anger is a vital communication tool that signals when an injustice has occurred and prompts us to take action toward righting the balance. However, unprocessed anger can morph into corrosive rage that binds, consumes, and harms us. In a world in which women are conditioned to suppress anger we are in desperate need of safe containers in which to express the rage it has become.

During this empowering ritual, we'll explore a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to releasing rage.

Together, we'll create a safe, supportive, and co-regulated space for the release of personal and collective feminine rage that impedes our growth and connective abilities.
